you might be

wondering…

How much will this cost?

The cost is determined based on many factors which range from how services will be paid, to how often services will be required, and what services you will be requesting. Also the price may fluctuate based on if you have long term care insurance or you are paying privately. We accept all long term care insurance policies and, in many cases, you will pay nothing out of pocket. If you are paying privately, we will work with you to create a schedule based on your budget. Prices range directly from the services requested as well as the schedule. Since all client’s needs are different, we can accommodate 24/7 care, down to just a few hours a week. Call us at 561-637-4242 to get more accurate pricing.

How quickly can you arrange services?

Our team members are available 24/7 to take your calls and, in many cases, can arrange services in less than two hours.

Can I interview caregivers?

Yes, we always recommend interviewing caregivers, at no cost to you, so you or a family member can take part in choosing who will be working in your home.

Do you do background checks?

Yes, everyone, from the office staff to the caregivers and nurses in the field are required to complete a level 2 background check to comply with Florida statute chapter 435.11(1)(b).

What is a level 2 background check?

A level 2 background check refers to a national fingerprint and photograph based check for workers holding positions of responsibility or trust.

What if I’m not happy with my caregiver?

Here, at Nautilus Senior Home Care, we strive to maintain our 5 star service in the community. If, for whatever reason, you are not satisfied, please notify us so we may refer another option.

Do you accept long-term care insurance?

We are approved by all Long-Term Care insurance companies, so in most case, you pay nothing out-of-pocket. Call us today for a FREE assessment.

It was a pleasure dealing with Nautilus Health during my mother’s “snowbird” season in Florida. The aides were lovely, kind, responsible, and helpful. Buck and the office staff were always responsive to her needs. Thank you all for making it so easy.

Linda Rosenbloom

We have an amazing full-time caregiver for our dad through Nautilus. He has experience with dementia and knows exactly what dad needs to stay happy and healthy. He’s part of our family, having been with dad for over 3 years now. The back-up team is great too,  serving as needed when our primary caregiver is out. Thanks, Nautilus!

Working with Nautilus has been a very satisfying experience. The office staff is extremely helpful, always available for questions and assistance. My experience with my mom’s aide has been fantastic
for her and for me. Highly recommend working with Nautilus!
